Fire Up doesn't get 5 stacks when closing hatch

Well, it is self explanatory. Is it a bug or is it supposed to be like this? Because when we close the hatch the game considers 5 gens done.

Its supposed to be like that same with rancor and likely coup de grace, closing the hatch doesn't automatically complete all of the gens in only starts endgame collapse, the difference being "the exit gates being powered" that is why perks like noed, hope, and adrenaline activate but fire up doesn't gain stacks, just due to the wording

This is intended. The generators are not done, the Exit Gates are powered. Generators being done will power the Exit Gates, but the Exit Gates being powered does not mean all generators were done.
