Can please somebody explain devs logic
So we had Midvich, there was a totem spot up ladder, it been there since release, absolutley normal spot
But recently that place got bugged, no problem, just fix collision, that's it, but instead they extended that meat ball so it makes totem uncleanseable

And map did not killswitched too.
If you are lucky enough, you can carry by your uncleansable Ruin or Devour.

Bugs in this game are so random you cant put any logic on them, like you can tweak Ace's running animation and suddenly 3 gens become unkickable from random positions on The Game.
The only time I managed to link "they touched this and that thing bugged as a result" was when they fixed pallet colisions and illusory Freddy pallets started to stun him like real ones and Im not even sure it was related.

In this case, they literally just forgot there's a totem that spawn upstairs when moving the blob.

My guess is that it's just an oversight. That kind of thing happens, though the map offering should prrrooobably be killswitched? A single uncleansable totem is a bit of an edge case, but it's not great even if it isn't abusable.

Honestly lazy hotfixes like that bother me. Ruining a fun aspect of the map because they can't fix a collision being incorrectly placed. Might as well just board up that entire stairwell.
Hoping it's just a temporary fix but admittedly doubt it.

Extended the meatball hahaha I never thought I'd read that. Okay so the devs have explained that this will be fixed next patch. They brought the choice to go to the map down but offerings are still in place. If you don't wanna go to that map just close your game during loading to avoid a penalty. The devs are built on bandaid fixes and this is one that will be torn off after the patch.
