Why I no longer believe what devs says:
In this patch note devs said to us that they managed to solve a problem that game goes off when Steam has maintenance
- - Fixed an issue that caused game to disconnect during Steam maintenance.
But you know, what happened when the maintenance appeared several minutes ago? The game dced me like before.
What's the point of publishing that don't work and don't fix a problem at all?

Did you get a DC penalty? Were you on the PTB or Live build?

PTB, no penalty, but I also got Steam Maintanence and was kicked from the game.

I was on live.
Anyway, it takes more than 5 minutes so it really hard to say that I had it or not

I was disconnected too then steam said it couldn't sync for I would estimate 5 minutes maybe more, but not 10 minutes
No penalty I was not in a match but couldn't connect, and on live.

Now i know why programming teachers (well, teachers in general) shouldn't gift grades.
