when was bloody gear added
just like the title says, was bloody gear always a reward for prestige?

Whenever prestige was added, which was I believe an option since the beta? Maybe the alpha?

Way, way back in the dark times, Prestige was an absolute ######### to grind. They reworked it to be easier, but changed the cosmetics to the bloody ones we know, giving those dedicated players who have been playing since the start one of a kind cosmetics to show off that they know exactly what they're doing.
Seems like we're getting a new version of that

Yeah, actually. It wasn't originally intended and existed as a reward to those who decided to grind the hell that was the system - I think it was November 2016?
Anyway, it did genuinely come out of left field. There was, like, a 3 day at most announcement before the update hit.

Okay, i am just trying to figure out if bloody gear will be unique to those of us who have everyone p3 etc, or if their will be a new cosmetic that will be exclusive and the bloody gear stays as the first 3 prestige rewards.
