What in your opinion is the most underrated/uderused really good perk that nobody uses
For me it's Kinship (Camaraderie), at high mmr a lot of killers are camping at last seconds of stages to close them, and the extra 34 seconds of 2nd stage is incredible, I have no idea why it's such underused perk (at least in SWF), as far as I know, kinship is getting banned on almost every tournament, you may say because you are not going to use it every game, but this is fair for DS and UB too.
So what are your thoughts about underrated perks?

Surveillance and Thrilling Tremors especially for defensive or low mobility Killers, it gives you information on what you really need to check, which is gens being worked on.
If you are Myers, hook someone and see a Survivor in the other corner of the map with BBQ is pointless info, by the time you get there odds are he is long gone but once the game starts to progress if you defend the clusters and kick gens you will always know where to put pressure, lets say you have 5 gens left and are relatively close, you kicked 2 or 3, one starts to show yellow, now you KNOW someone is there and everything else barely matters its surgical pressure.

Bloodwarden!
Sure it doesn't come in handy in like...9 out of 10 matches. And sure, about 9 out of 10 of the matches it DOES come in handy in, it usually nets you maybe one more kill.
BUT in those games where it nets you an entire 4K (especially if you get the 4K because the survivors F'ed Around and Bloodwarden got to demonstrate to them the Find Out stage), it might literally be the best feeling you can have as a killer in this game.

Love me some Autodidact especially with legion and Thana being everywhere in my games. As well as Dark Sense, for when I'm solo, nice to see the killer after a gen

Survivor
-Lucky Break: sometimes make killers lose chase and it ruins killer's momentum hugely
-We'll Make it: unless killer camp/tunnels hard, this perk has high potential

-Blood Echo: good for killers who can keep survivors injured often. And hemorrhage got buffed
-Forced Penance: keeping survivors broken for 90 sec makes hook rescue hard

Open handed with bond/kindred on survivor is a godsend if you are solo queue

Thanatophobia, it's such a great perk on insta down killers (except for Oni).

Discordance. It’s in that perfect spot if stopping something everyone instinctually does, and is not very used, so no one expects it.

Lucky Break and We'll Make It are fairly slept-on survivor perks. It's really easy to get more than one use out of Lucky Break, and if you time your hit properly, it can be a free escape on all but the most open of maps. And We'll Make It has room to shine again now that CoH's healing speed has been nerfed - it makes for some really zippy heals and means you don't even have to move away from the hook in most cases.
On the killer side, Plaything is fantastic for slowdown and free hits. It's not a perk that fits all killers, but non-stealth M1 killers and non-lullaby ranged killers can get so much value out of it. It's weaker versus comms SWFs, sure, but most things are.

We'll Make It - it comes in so handy in 80%+ matches. (And if you have a good medkit - or heaven forbid Botany on top of that - on you it can really be a game changer.)
I've never really thought about Kinship... but I might try that out sometime. It sounds fun.

For the people solid perk when a killer is slugging with anti heal perks and you need to get someone out of a jam or hell there's been cases where I've healed someone being tunneled

Vigil
I get it has to be paired with a perk, but when it is it's extremely convenient. It also benefits teammates, that are likely using an exhaustion perk, and overall just neat. I run it with For The People and Sprint Burst all the time; and I love being able to run away faster, faster; be able to be healed after using FTP faster; remove exhaustion of a survivor I was healing faster; etc.
Again, not great on it's own, but it does a lot if you have a build around it and it's not even something you need to work towards as it's passive.
Honorable Mention to For The People, but I feel like I've talked about it too much.

Surveillance is a great perk for sure! But IMHO only with other gen "kicking" perks, especially ruin, this is straight up discussting combo, incredibly strong, otherwise you just have to spend so much time to just kick gens...
I would use thrilling thremors over BBQ if only it's cooldown was shorter or duration longer, but main reason why I prefer BBQ is BP multiplier, I guess that's the same for a lot of people too

One that I think is underrated is Poised. I don't use it all the time, but being able to finish a gen and run away from it for 10 seconds without leaving scratch marks can often be really helpful. I can't count the times I have been able to finish off a gen even with a killer getting close and been able to run away leaving the killer confused. Most of the time they think I am hiding somewhere close by because they don't see scratch marks. They often spend 20 to 30 seconds trying to find me in the area of the gen and I've not only managed to get a long way away, but if it was the last gen it often buys me the time to open a door and get out before they realize what happened.

I think survivors sleep on Aura perks in general. It's easy to dismiss them because - "Hurr-Durr just SWF! FREE KINDRED". But what Aura perks really do is give you pin-point information. It's not "Killer is camping me!" It's "Killer is walking 8 meters on the opposite of the hook and I can approach from here because I have LOS and can easily tell."
Aura perks are nasty when used for fine-macro control.

Renewal, even when it only actives twice at most, is still pretty good. A quick, automatic heal during chase/while working on a Generator is such a huge time save.
Starstruck is such a fun Perk. It might not always come in handy (unless you play Nurse with Agitation), but when it does, it feels so good, especially when you hit the clicky-clicky with it

Spies From The Shadows - A solid tracking perk, even if it is reliant on map RNG.
I've also been using Renewal/Second Wind as part of a healing build and have gotten good value from it.

I had used it once but got so annoyed when it kept going off. I couldn't figure out why it kept going off. No one was there in that area...
The damn guy on the hook was "startling" the crow, which was constantly setting off Spies 😅

Honestly, even on my doc loadout, thanato is a stable, it's such a consistent slowdown if you can apply the proper pressure and you know where to hit

Exactly, Thana's consistency in such an inconsistent game is what makes it so good.

Especially when almost every other slowdown can be waited out/ countered, with thana, the counter for it takes an extra 16 seconds for each survivor, which buys you alot of time (considering COH isn't in play, lol)

Not a problem for low mobility Killers for you end up playing around a cluster of 4 or 5 gens, one of the biggest mistakes as one of those is trying to cover the entire map, you select your killing ground, try to get rid of all the pallets and defend it like a 85 year old with a shotgun defends his lawn, Surveillance helps you keep the lawn on check.
Kicking gens is not as useless as a lot of people make it out to be.

Aura perks are extremely underrated, I've always said that you can see something easier then someone can communicate it, if you get hooked the killer goes around the jungle gym one way and you tell someone "he's coming your way" then you just kicked a survivor off of a gen whenever the killer could've went to the other side after he got around a wall where you can't see and then you have multiple survivors off gens just from a communication error and if they have dead man switch then kindred can come in clutch.

I use vigil with for the people and it's really good. When I use it with a friend we always make some insane plays
To op an underrated perk I have been using lately is Tenacity. It's such a good benefit to craw and recover at the same time

The trick is getting the solo queue community to understand and identify with that kind of commitment to teamwork. Dark Sense, Kindred, Alert, and I'm sure I'm forgetting even better ones. If the survivors are busy enough at least two people are always going to have the killers exact position. Most of the time even more. That's damage.

I don't see enough Kindred tbh. Its such a powerful perk. Even if you are in a group of friends its handy. You can see exactly what gens your buds are on, who is the closest to the hooked survivor, maybe some needs a heal before the rescue.
Also helpful when someone is hooked end game and I can see which gate is being opened (or not). Instead of wasting time going for a save someone else is doing I can get the gate open.
Overall a really handy perk.

Fearmonger: Good against people with sprint burst.
Blood Echo: If you have a killer who easily have the survivors injured (Legion for example) is very good since the haemorrhage buff.
Enduring: very good combined with Spirit Fury.
Grim Embrace: stopping all the gens for 40 seconds can make you win a match you were losing.
Hex: Blood Favour: good in M1 killers.
Nemesis: Good for changing the obsession without forcing a Decisive Strike.
Play with your food: Very good in Myers and Ghostface.
Spirit Fury: Good combined with Enduring.

Vigil and Hex: Thrill
Vigil with Sprint Burst can give you a speed buff every 30 seconds you do gens or walk around the map, it actually helps with efficiency since you won't have a problem doing gens anywhere even if you're in a deadzone since you have free get away every 30 seconds and you are guaranteed not to go down near the gen you're doing.
Hex: Thrill comes in clutch when protecting hex and preventing boons, it prevents survivor from destroying hexes for an extended amount of time and it gives you enough momentum to run around pressuring gens while you comeback and down anyone trying to do your totems.

On survivor: Empathy. You know who needs a heal, who's getting chased, where the killer is half the time and exactly where someone is likely to go down.
On killer: Discordance. It's like a Lethal Pursuer that works for the entire game, and has probably single handedly won me more games than any other perk.

Survivor: Lucky Break. A perk whose value depends solely on the skill of the person using it. Can make for some sneaky escapes from chases after taking a hit and combos well with other perks like that either activate from or put you in an injured state. Can't count the number of times this has saved my bacon. If you are lucky enough to manage your health states well enough, then you can have it available for the whole match.
Killer: Dark Devotion. This is just a really fun perk that gets overlooked and I'm kinda glad it does because it gives it a shock factor since no one expects it. Like lucky break, it is also able to constantly be up all match if you're fortunate enough. You can also get some pretty creative uses out of it for stealth plays on non-stealth killers, as well as immensely extended map pressure for a short time.
Honorable Mention: Infectious Fright. I just think it's a neat little perk.

I always like using Bond as survivor and Surge as killer.

Bond. I play mostly solo Q when I play survivor and Bond is by far one of the best perks to have that I never see anyone else using. It baffles me because I see so many players complaining about teammates not knowing what anyone is doing when if just one person brings Bond...Boom! Suddenly, everyone can see exactly what everyone is or isn't doing and coordinate appropriately.
I honestly think Bond is better to have than DS, BT, and DH.

Lightborn, people think facing a wall prevents ear blinds for whatever reason, but it does not. They also believing self consciously hovering around someone they want to pick up is efficient because that survivor that was never going to do a gen is not doing a gen. They are, of course, wrong.

We'll Make It. I know this perk was more popular back in the day and that CoH killed it, but I still believe it's much better in a lot of situations. You can heal someone right off hook and run through and heal your entire team. It's especially good since the Legion play rate is so high nowadays.
Although it absolutely frustrates me when I try to heal someone after I unhook them and they decide to run to the other side of the map where the boon and killer are. Like, you can see I have We'll Make It, why are you running?? :(

Monitor and Abuse, Bamboozle, I'm All Ears, STAKE OUT, BITE THE BULLET, Play With Your Food, Hex: Plaything, Hex: Huntress Lulllaby, Eruptionn and Overcharge. Out of those the MOST underrated one in my opinion is Stake Out. I am able to finish gens at the last second because of it. It may not seem like a lot but it does stack up overtime and you ALSO get a bunch of BP because you keep getting great skill checks.

Monitor and Abuse is nasty on killers with quiet terror radius music (Oni,Pyramid Head) I also use it with Infectious Fright.
Discordance is underrated and the best info perk imo why run Lethal when you can use Discordance the whole game ?

MoM. Since the massive nerf devs gave to the perk it only activates 1/1000 games. But when it activates and you are free for another 10 secs. before the killer hits you again you feel so good :D

I main Myers and been using Dying Light a lot to slow down matches not only of his but other killers I have too. The Nemesis perk of Oni's is another one I've been using on him with the add-on that lets you stalk the obsession 40% faster. Monitor & Abuse on Vanity Mirror Michael is really good too.

I've really been enjoying Leader in the last couple of months. It's come in clutch many times in scenarios for quicker healing, get exit gates open pronto when we're injured and the killer is coming, faster unhooks in front of face camping killers etc.
It's a very nice little perk.

I love Thrilling Tremors. Surveillaince is great if I combine it with something tied to putting gens in regression like Ruin or Jolt or Oppression, but Surveillance by itself with no regression related perks isn’t quite as good since you usually don’t want to spend a lot of time kicking gens with base kit regression speed.

Yep, Bloodhound is great. 🙂 Yeah you can see blood without it, but you’ll never miss seeing blood with it even on darker maps. Plus it makes the blood last longer which gives you that much more of a window to pick up the trail. And unlike Nurse’s Calling it’s not fooled by aura hiding perks like Shadowstep. Especially in a high healing meta, keeping injured survivors running and not actively healing is really useful.

Someone mentioned Bloodhound and I totally agree on that like I just said in the post above.
I’m also a Deerstalker fan because I’m a fan of slugging for additional pressure and it’s an extremely handy perk when you do a lot of slugging. Basically, if you are always just immediately hooking after every down, you are probably not putting as much pressure on survivors as you could be since carrying someone to a hook takes 10 seconds or so on average which is time you could have spent getting into a new chase with someone else. Ideally you probably should mainly be hooking players when at least one of them is already currently downed or hooked because that forces them into a position where of the two people who aren’t dying or being chased at least one of them has to go for a rescue instead of doing gens, leaving at most one person to advance gen progress. And Deerstalker plays really well with this tactic because it makes it trivial to go back and hook someone later when you have the opportunity, as well as making it easy to keep an eye on the area a dying survivor is located to spot incoming rescuers.
I’ll never say Deerstalker is a top tier perk obviously, but it’s just such a great quality of life perk for slugging that it’s one of my favorite fillers.
