Will we still be able to get the bloodied cosmetics from prestige 1 to 3 after the rework?

During the anniversary stream they said that they will rework entirely how the prestige system works. When talking about the rework, they didn't say anything about the bloodied cosmetic part of prestige and i just wondered if we would still be able to get them.

    There hasn’t been an official statement about it yet.

    though prestige will stay and i don’t really see a reason for them to remove the bloody cosmetics.

    Does that mean at Prestige 4, the bloodweb would be the same size as it was at Prestige III-50 since perks aren't lost anymore and you're not going back to the drawing board? I don't see a reason to have any prestige levels beyond 3. A player's devotion of the game is already reflected by their devotion level, doing the same thing with Prestige would be redundant.
