I swear killers are getting off on tunneling someone out immediately with the blood hunt…
I’ve gone against nothing but blights and nurses thinking it’s comp dbd and tunneling out the first person immediately. The first person gets about 3k each time, I’ve gotten use of ds every single match.
Today it’s just so absurd with the tunneling today.

yeah survivors going super hard today as well Which is making me a killer main go super hard which is probably making those survivors i go against go hard and its a cycle i think XD I do not even play blight or nurse so im not part of that though. Things probably be better once blood hunt is over.

That’s fair on the survivor end. Granted I play survivor to max points which does slow down the game a bit but if ppl are just rushing gens they’re not gonna max bp either which is also dumb.

Tunneling doesn't have to be malicious.
Are survivors choosing to not split up on gens to make sure they go slowly and everyone gets a full game, are they being malicious by not doing this in order to maximize pressure? No.
Its the same thing, people will play to win, probably more so when there's a bonus for playing to win. Such as 2x bloodpoints.
I'd expect killers to try hard to get the 4k meaning the most efficient strat is to get it down to 3v1 as quickly as possible, I'd expect survivors to try and smash through as many games as they can splitting up and focusing on gens.
Between that you'll probably get a few farmers.
If you fantasize about these things being a malicious attempt to upset your fun then you are guaranteed to upset yourself.

As Nurse, I just went against a group that had popped 2 streamers and one gateau.
I've tried to play "cool" at first but all they did was slam the gens and let the hooks hang. Naturally I've changed from playful to bastard and in the end the highest score was ~20k (surprisingly, the one who didn't do a single unhook), the rest were 12k 10k and 9k : what a waste.

I've played three matches so far today. I have to agree that there hasn't been much "gen rushing", but a lot of the killer tunneling or camping the basement stairs. That happened in two of those matches. The other match went by normally; The killer got a well deserved 4K w/o tunneling or camping.

I did a game as legion on Dead Dog where all four survivors started together.
Got the game rolling with a 5 frenzy down and after I hooked that person found someone hiding in a shrub by the hook and when I downed them they disconnected.
I did kill the obsession for a challenge (sorry Mikaela)
But then ran around chasing the other two and hooked them each once, let them heal and do generators then get a love tap out so they’d get points despite the salty DC.

as stated in an earlier comment I agree. Survivors are significantly undercutting then potential bp gain by not interacting at all with the killer, saving or doing totems etc

My experience. Survivors playing focused only on gens and getting out of chases.

I don't intend to play very much survivor during bloodhunts. Tunneling, camping, and extreme tryharding occurs in every match and while that gives killer a lot of points, survivors leave with almost no points. The game requires the killer to actually cooperate and that never happens during bloodhunts.

It's 1 mori per t3 so I was able to hit t3 three times and kill a person each time but I was like 99.9 on the last guy and had to hook him :(

then i suggest you to switch side and play some killer games... queue is much faster, you'll (probably) get more bp and you'll be the one that choose how to play... or do like i did: finding something else to play (best choice imo)

tombstone meyers is broken, first person I find dies in a minute usually so everyone hides. It's really cheesey but sometimes I do it for memes. Sorry to the dude who got 741 points earlier because your teammates were spamming crouch for 30 seconds and fed me to t3 :(

In my experience, killers go into every match expecting survivors to tryhard so they just go all-out to begin with. Lethal to find survivors early, tunnel the first person hooked out of the game, tunnel the next survivor out of the game, slug the third to prevent fourth from getting hatch, 4k GGEZ.
Depending on the map and the tile spawns, they might've done a single gen. Rinse and repeat for the duration of the event.
