Iron Will mutes uninjured breathing sounds?
I was wondering if it´s intended of IW to hide any sound except of footsteps.
Edit:
I mean when i run around injured i'm totally silent and make no exhaustion noises but when i'm healthy and run then Nea makes breathing noises and while standing still.

It doesn't do enough imo, should be mute while crawling too. But to actually answer your question, it does more than the perk description leads on however that's up to BHVR to address wether the perk values should be changed or the description.

No, it does not. IW only affects breathing while injured, not while healthy or dying. There have been countless bugs where Survivor breathing isn't audible, with or without IW, though.

It's not IW. It's a sound bug that could happen regardless if you have the perk or not.
