Circle Of Healing needs to be delated
Circle of Healing is a perk that should not exist at all. The game is not designed around survivors being able to get 12-second heals every time they get downed.
But when I use Circle of healing, I still die!
That is because you are either bad at the game or are in solo q. Circle of Healing in a SWF that knows what it's doing can make playing killer downright impossible. You down a survivor and try to hook them, and their teammate sabos the hook but it's okay, you hit them. So you drop the teammate and chase after them. Let's say you down them in 8 seconds, which is assuming that they don't get to any loop or have dead hard. You turn around and now the person you down originally is back up and if they have soul guard might even sabo the hook again. This playstyle is possible because Circle of Healing negates any risk.
Oh No! All my teammates got downed and I am injured! Without CoH, I would either have to consume a resource to heal myself like a medkit or Inner Healing or have to heal very slowly with Self Care. With CoH, I can just heal myself without any real downside.
When it comes to Solo Q however, CoH can be more a detriment than a boon (*cue laugh track*) because survivors forget the golden rule: Do Gens. A SWF can make sure someone is on a gen at all times while a team of Solo Q survivors has a hard time having just one survivor stay on gens.
To make myself clear, the whole reason why CoH is so broken is that makes playstyles that are supposed to be high risk high reward, like a sabo build, and makes them low risk. This perk is a perk that makes the gap between Solo Q and SWF larger because CoH goes from being good to being broken if your team plans around it instead of just one survivor.
I don't think any number is going to fix this perk, it needs a rework from the ground up. A possible idea is to have it be a Boon equivalent of Vigil. Another idea is to have it passively heal survivors in its range but only when they are doing nothing and only for a certain amount.
This perk is a cancer that makes playing killer unfun. Regardless of how you feel about if killers deserve to have fun or not, when killers feel like they aren't having fun, they are either going to quit which makes Survivor matchmaking take longer, or go really sweaty which means more camping and tunneling.
It is a perk that brings misery to all, killers directly and survivors indirectly.

Whoever blessed Circle of Healing into existence gets the self care action; the others only get the speed.
No more 4 Self Cares at the cost of 1 perk slot.

If you just got rid of the self heal part but gave it back the 100% heal speed, it'd be perfectly fine.

Coh need to be nerfed in some way that its possible to buff the range for other Boon perks. 24m barely cover a Walls title to (ShadowStep) hide scratch mark, that perk is the 2nd strongest but cover a car loops doesnt help anything.

The best change is to only give the person that brings the perk self healing and the speed bonus. The rest only get the speed bonus and their auras revealed. If the self healing part of the perk was removed then the perk would be useless lmao

I'd personally rather them go the route of Self Cares since 100% heal for teammates in the radius would being absolutely ridiculous on SWF and typically they don't want perks that are better for SWF than solo's.

I say we delete SWF from public matches instead. That’ll solve a lot of problems. And no, the game will NOT die. They’ll have KWF mode.

That's right cause its fair for killers to have to snuff a totem 3-5 times a match but it was to much to ask survivors to do the same with old undying when there was 4 people to do it not just one?

Yeah, its boring to have to explain over and over again that 1 sec for killer = 4 for survivors
People keep thinking this game as a "me the sruvivor vs him the killer" whereas its a 4v1 game so a side HAS to be stronger than the other
CoH denies completely this "killer is stronger" since even SETTING A BOON is time efficient for survivors

Which was the point i made as to the post i quoted "CoH is inability of killer player to go and snuff the totem" there is only 1 killer and a CoH placed in the right spot can have a lot off advantages and saying just snuff it out is no counter to it as a killer might have to do that 3-5 times a match, Like you said its a 4v1 game not a 1v1 so people saying just snuff them out should have no problem if old undying came back.
If survivors expect killers to snuff a totem 3-5 times a match or just give up on it i.e its on the other side of the map where the gens have been done so its more of a waste of time killers snuffing it then it is to leave it and protect the last few gens should have no problem if old undying came back as there is 4 survivors to cleanse or bless 5 totems and only 1 killer to snuff boon totems multiple times or be placed in a spot where they are better of leaving it and giving survivors a free spot to heal.
All i'm saying is if survivors are happy for killers to snuff a boon totem 3-5 times a match then why was old undying nerfed when it asked for survivors to do the same thing even with survivors having items and perks to find totems, killers have to spot it or hear it to find it so in a 4v1 game leaving boon totems with unlimited uses is worse then old undying.

Dude, ya'll just keep complaining. XD I've had killers snuff my boon out every time I put it up, and end up delaying the healing of the entire group and make us waste time scrambling to the healing spot and trying to find gens.

I'm of the opinion Circle is now 100% fine but Undying was probably overnerfed.
Having tugs of war over totem control coulda been fun and added a much needed extra dimension to the game.
