All everyone does is moan about perks.
Everyone moans about noed. DH etc do you all really want a boring game where everyone’s perks are weaker??

No I want a game where the weak perks are more fun and valuable and the boring perks like NOED and Dead Hard aren't boring. You can't blame ppl for complaining about perks when they can lead to cheap Ws and you see them all the time.

I mean have you never had the rush of excitement when you escape a trapper in the basement by Using DH over a trap and they stand in it? I mean it’s pretty fun!

Games already boring with broken perks like dh. Exhaustion as a mechanic is just naturally boring cause you have to spend so long just catching up to someone who lithed or sb'd.

Yes, I'd like the meta to be destroyed so we can finally address base-game issues.
Perks like DH, NOED, BT, Corrupt and PGTW are all symptoms of underlying issues.

This is one of the stupidest DH interactions there is. Trapper is already widely considered to be one of if not the worst killer in the game then their power gets kneecapped further by the existence of this perk. It's frustrating as hell to have somebody beat in chase, there is a trap and they are cornered and EEEEEEEE.
Honestly I hope both Dead Hard and NOED get kneecapped so the game can be interesting and engaging. Having the same perks be used over and over is boring, that's why people complain about them.

Yeah, for you but not the trapper, who doesn't expect that his whole kit, outside of being a basic M1 killer, can become detrimental due to a perk without real downsides.
Like most things that are fun for one side are nothing but frustrating for the other.

I don't mind people talking about reworking perk because they are either too powerful or too weak (most are weak) but the complaining in the community need to stop. It's discouraging to see how divisive we all get over these topics. We all have opinions on each perk, but we need to stop saying players suck because they use NOED or DH (I never really win with both anyways). Everyone has a different playstyle and I'm anticipating the perk reworks so they are all balanced better. But this whole survivor vs killer divisiveness, especially over perks, isn't really helping. Can we all agree to disagree, share our opinions on perks and not attack each other?
Like I said, everytime I run NOED, someone destroys the hex before I even get a hit. But I found other perks for killer that work for me. Same goes for DH. I'm terrible at timing when to use it. Thats why I use Lithe and sometimes other exhaustion perks depending on my build. I think there is definitely lack of balance in perks, but we don't need to put each other down because for some it's easier to use than others. Give thr devs time to fix this. There are a ton of perks and it will take time.

I complain about the base game, Maps, Gen speeds... so it's not everyone

I dont get pressing E i get fun with red herring and see the killer go to thst gen and pretty strong time waste for the killer

Dude I TOTALLY agree. Like, if you don't like the perk, get something to counter it. Like, one guy was moaning that Dead Hard got them to a pallet or window! Boohoo get a pallet/window stopper. Like. I freaking hate the Killer Shack! I get looped so bad there! I got Bamboozle, and it's better! The whole point of perks is to build a set that helps you against your weaknesses.

Yes. The game isn't fun when it's decided by perks over player skill. How many times have you dominated a terrible killer only to get hit by NOED and then get facecamped while your solo queue teammates bail? Such fun gameplay that is. How many downs did you think you were going to get until some guy pressed a magic button to dash into a safe pallet or a window? Too many to count.

Now that I'm playing surv even low MMR survs are running meta perks and doing a poor job of it. But if I play killer I get Seal Team 6 De-pip squads running full stacks of the trash because my MMR is too high 🙄

But that's when you get the most laughs, had a surv d.h to reach a window vault, then got the hatchet in the back as there were vaulting. I nearly fell over laughing.

The ones that get me are the ones that set up their teammates to die trying so hard to deny one hook state no gens get done and everyone drops like flies.

Not weaker just equal, I feel if they there are equal on both sides it's more of a challenge. If the survivors are really good and they escaped then good for them and if the killer gets more kills than also good for them no side need to be stronger than the other , it's only gonna keep people disagreeing

I don't know how anyone can look at the current meta that's been happening for years, and the complete and utter disregard for the dozens and dozens of perks that are completely useless and say "This is fine". Clearly the hands off approach they have to anything that isn't completely gamebreakingly busted to balance has not been favorable to this game or its community
