I love soloq so much [semi-mindful rant]
2 gens left, basement hooked person, I unhook other guy,
guy really really really really wants to heal me, I point to the other hooked person start running,
the person that wants to really really really heal me, comes with me starts healing me when I'm avoiding killer,
I see a killer on kindred, they are approaching closer, I shift to break the heal to cut the sound,
they had skillcheck and stabbed me,
I run, the killer downs me,
I was 2nd hook, but since first hook 0 attempts on rescue, and altruistic team, I was past 2nd stage,
death hook,
Oh wow, so basicaly, if my team wasn't so stupid to group at hook and have 2 people dead on the ground,
AND/OR if the person wasn't so eager to heal me and went either just for rescue or do a gen,
I COULD have had Evader emblem Golden instead of Silver,
giving me a pip,
but ######### bullshit soloq happened, and I basicaly got robbed, thank you DBD.

My team did get 3 gens done, but I got depiped for stupid reason..

Yeah solo queue is sucky. Would love for basekit kindred and having those icons showing what the survivor is currently doing like they once mentioned, it would make solo queue at least a little less painful, wouldn't help when having some goofy as survivors tho but what can you do.

oh yeah, basekit wallhacks to manouver around killer at hook with high wall enviorument, I'm sure the killer mains would love that

Lol well not so much for that part, that probably shouldn't be base kit. I just mean the part where survivors can see each other so they know if they should go unhook or not, to avoid getting left on hook too long because survivors thought someone else would go for it, cause that's happened to much to me lol, that would also then be helpful for not having multiple survivors wasting time by all going to the hook when someone already there and could have spent time on something else.

Problably gonna get crucified for saying this. But, i think solo queue is mostly fine. Sure, some matches are doomed from the start, because someone sabotages the match by suiciding/disconnecting. But apart from that it generally feels balanced. At least on my mmr (wherever that is).
The emblems can sometimes be weird. Like, when you do gens in coop, it only counts half the progress towards the Lightbringer emblem. Or today i got a gold surival emblem, when i was never hooked and just took a protection hit at the exit (without getting downed).

Well if kindred (the survivor aura reading part) was always basekit, I don't think killers would complain about it, but the fact that it's a perk, they'd see that as unfair, but it really should've been basekit from the beginning, it helps out solo, but doesn't help out swf since they're already on comms, it'd just balance out nicely, and it'd only really help out the really weak teams so it wouldn't make too much of an overall difference to killer gameplay and just make it less painful for solo survivors.

Well that depends on what rank are you, I've played couple more games and got few exits too and the games seem to be getting better and better,
but it just could be me being lucky on noob killers, I've 360d almost half the killers I faced today
auras remove skill of intuition,
if you see 2 people sitting on gen and one running to the hook where the hooked person is,
you can lay back, get a drink and keep holding that M1,
this is why it's my favourite soloq perk, because when I get hooked I don't get bombed by 3 survivors while 0 gens are being done,
while also removing the fear with killer reading of going to the hook, if they see the killer leave, and more so, they see the direction they are leaving,
there's certainly something soloq should have to help with soloq, but I don't think Kindred basekit is the right thing.
Maybe show survivor perks when loading or something, so that people can see, "oh Bill and Jill have adrenaline"

It would be like 16 meters, it would require the killer to camp.
That's the point. Discourage killers to camp and tunnel as much as possible. Any nerf to camping and tunneling is a welcome one.

Today i played 8 matches as survivor and escaped 6. Got decent teammates in all but one of the matches.
The one thing i would wish for solo queue, would be a rating system, where you could rate your teammates and get a higher/lower chance to get matched with them again.

Take this, you know survivor is around hook, you see no lifeform with your BBQ,
you check everywhere but you cannot find a soul,
why? Because the survivor on hook has kindred, or I have kindred, and I can see you coming to my left from the wall you can't see behind,
I go right, I silently loop you and you clear the area, you can double back, you can try all the tricks, I have live 4K CCTV aura that snitches you trying anything funny, I completely dodge you,
you leave the hook thinking survivors hid in locker or have Distortion,
you see unhook, 5 seconds after the unhooked person is healthy,
sounds fun doesn't it?
such system would get abused, as bad players would just cross out other bad players hoping to get good players that cross them out basicaly making the system nonexistant,
and some players misunderstood as good and vice versa

If they implement a stupid emblem everyone in Solo Q will hit rank 1 in no time at all.

To avoid this, they could increase/decrease the chances by a small percentage per vote.
But yeah, some people are so bad in the game, that they don't realize how bad they are. I remember a match, where someone got downed early and basement camped by bubba. Everyone else could see bubbas aura vanishing. So everyone sticked to gens. He then proceeded to suicide and ranted in the endgame chat, how bad we are. Because no one tried to rescue him.
