How to not struggle on hook?

I tried to die on hook to give my teammate hatch but when i failed skillchecks it only took away like 7% of my health, i saw someone not struggle somehow and die. how do you do that?

    The fastest way to die faster on the hook (without disconnecting of course) is to not do skillchecks at all. If you don't react twice in a row you die instantly.
