Nurse Fatigue with pallet perks bug
So I was running parental guidance and smash hit together against a nurse. Towards the end of the game I stunned her with a pallet during her fatigue. But for some reason smash hit and parental guidance decided not to work.

Both of those only work on a stun afaik, and you can't stun nurse during fatigue

Don't quote me, because it has been a long time since i was stunned during the actual fatigue, but I believe it's not counting as a stun because she was already fatigued.
If you caught her before or after, or during the blink itself, all 3 of these scenarios would actually stun her and proc your perks.

Nurse cant get stunned in her fatigue state and those perks only work after you stunned a killer with a pallet.
