Mori Revamp
Wouldn't it be cool if there was a dedicated mori perk? I feel the mori offerings are very impractical. I only buy them when the bloodweb forces me and I rarely use them because there are other actually beneficial offerings like puddings, wreaths, etc. Currently, a pink mori offering costs 7000 BP and you never make that amount back. If a mori isn't supposed to be "financially" beneficial and is only for the "cool" factor, why not make a perk that gives you the ability outright? Yes, Hex: Devour Hope exists, but being that it is a hex, it can be destroyed. Perhaps it could be changed? For starters, make it a normal perk, not a hex. The amount of tokens required before being able to mori could be increased so it's not too "easy". You keep the "cool" factor but you don't have to use your hard earned BP to do so. What are your thoughts?

Rancor.

You can only mori after all gens are done. A little too slow.

What exactly are you expecting? An ability to get a survivor out of the game has to have a condition equal to the risk or it would be ran every game.

I'm confused, what is the risk of running a pink mori offering? What would be the difference in requiring more tokens vs reaching hook stage 2? Anyone could run pink mori's every game, why would a dedicated perk be any different?

It's not about getting bp why you buy mori but when you use it you see nice killing animation. PH has small mori if you don't want to use offering and even better no perks needed.

I could imagine seeing NOED reworked (or just a brand new perk) so that it allows you to mori survivors who are on their second hook stage at any point in the game. The condition that would trigger this ability would hooking every survivor once.
Downsides: No more insta down end game perk and not sure how a DC would affect this perk and how the game would compensate.
Upsides: No longer a hex, so it's a little more reliable. Can by pass DS and be a counter for that. Sort of encourages to spread pressure, but can cause some tunneling issues once everyone is one hooked, although it requires the killer to get 5 hooks first.
Also, please don't automatically bash this idea, it was just a fun idea of a perk that allows to mori that is in response to OP. The actual balance of this perk would have a lot of issues, but I just wanted to suggest something that is a little different but follows what the thread was started with.

Yes, certain killers already have a built in mori and like you said, no perks needed. So needing a perk with a token requirement is arguably more balanced.
Myers has 2 add-ons that can give him infinite tier 3 and an instant mori with 0 downs needed. The only down side (if you can call it that) is taking a little more time to get to tier 3. I personally have not heard of that setup being toxic.

Is that really such a bad thing? Killers facecamp and tunnel survivors daily. Getting mori'ed is not the worst thing that could happen to them, especially when they're going to die on hook anyway.

It's not about money, it's about sending a message, lol
