Folks are missing the very obvious take that Maurice not only foresaw being eaten by the Dredge but that they fully intended to join the Fold are now technically a part of it and therefore a playable killer, just like Clown. ☺️

Why is the Dredge being treated like a red herring? The Entity has killers who are especially cruel who may have moved Maurice as a prank. Behavior needs to have a talk with Frank of the Legion or Freddy.
