Event cosmetics accessibility

With the new masquerade cosmetics coming up for the anniversary, will there ever be any way to purchase them aside from participating in the event?

As someone who will have to change platforms in the relatively near future and due to no cross-progression between Steam and PS I'm worried I'll never be able to get all these pretty masks and fits for another platform months after the anniversary. Or any other event cosmetics I already have but that can't be bought, like Halloween one for Mikaela. Will these kinds of cosmetics be in the in-game shop some day or it's time-limited only and will be gone forever?

    Pretty sure they have stated that those cosmetics will stay exclusive and won’t make its way to the shop (unlike rift cosmetics)

    They're exclusive. I have 2800 hours on PS4 and a bunch of exclusive outfits and items on that account, all lost when I switched. We just have to pray they one day figure out a way to cross-progress console with PC.
