Perk: Object of Obsession

This perk is very nice, but if you are against The Twins, you only see the sister, Charlotte, but do not the bother, Victor. I does not seem fair, because I almost sure, when the Killer is playing with Victor then also see the survivor, just like when they play with Charlotte. If I am wrong, ignore this, but it would be nice, if we could see Victor, at least then if the killer is not playing with Charlott but control Victor.

Victor can't see auras other than generators, so it doesn't help the Twins much, either. Both sides are in the same boat if Object of Obsession kicks in while Victor is active.

Not really, because Victor counts as a power rather than a killer.
