Brand New Part - Bug Report

Hello, I have not been able to report this until now but for about three patches the Brand New Part has not been giving a progression bonus on the skill checks it provides upon hitting them. This is on both Xbox One S and Xbox Series X. I do not know if it is on other platforms. Sometimes it will give the bonus for one skill check, but more often than not it doesn't provide any bonuses. Try it out and see for yourself.

I noticed this today. Im on PS4. I hit the skill checks for the brand new part but saw no corresponding progression increase
