emblems system must be changed.
It has been about 4 years since the emblem system was introduced.
In the early days, the emblem system served as an indicator of users' skill.
However, Devs changed the rank system to grade system.
The most important reason for this change is that grade is not an indicator of skill anymore, but rather for giving a reward for playing the game a long time.
However, the emblem system is still in the old version.
The grade system is no longer a skill indicator, but to get a high reward (Iri 1 = 1m bloodpoints), you still have to play hard-sweaty games like before.
In line with the changed grade system, it would be nice if the emblem standards were lowered.

Yeah I honestly don’t know why if grades and MMR are not linked that de pipping is even a thing anymore. The emblem system is way too unforgiving at times. It sucks as a survivor to lose pips, especially in solo queue, when you get camped out early or just left to die on hook. Even worse is when a teammate DC’s and screws everyone over. As killer I think you have a little more control and agency over at least getting a safety pip but sometimes you get thrown into a game you have no business being in and you end up with a nice “the entity hungers” to compound your misery.
I seriously doubt unskilled/more casual players are getting to iri ranks most months. Just like you I always notice no matter what the official line about grades and MMR being separate is, that from about gold I onwards the games are way more sweaty whatever side you play. And I think the fact depipping still exists with the harsh emblem systems encourages this play style a bit too much.
