Out of my 2 Survivor games during the event, the killer has tunneled straight off the hook each time.
Out of my 2 Killer games during the event, the survivors have memed and been chill.
Which side is supposed to be the toxic one again?
Update: Now 5 and 5. The most toxic thing a survivor did was "click" their flashlight at me. Not exactly ruining the game for me and that was one survivor. Only one killer so far has not tunneled their first hook to death (ignoring unhookers and bodyblockers taking hits).
Update 2: Added some pics to show how the majority have been going. Based on the forums this seems to be the majority of matches for people...

Yes 4 games are a representative data poils hence since I got beated twice as spirit yesterday spirit is a bad killer and the nerf was too much.

Its enough for me to not use any event offering during the rest of the event on survivor anyway

Then maybe give it more time? Not everyone in dbd is toxic, jeez, imagine gathering data off of 4 games, 16 different people and saying they're the majority and that's how their games dictate how everyone else plays

If past events count then the data pool is significantly larger and proves the same thing.
When given the opportunity, this community will be as toxic as possible to each other. This is especially true during events where everyone stands to gain more. One side just wants to make sure the other side suffers...
And from what I've seen in this event so far the majority of toxicity during this event is coming from the killer side. I have more than 4 games for this event and its still holding true. How many games would you like for the data pool?

Four games isn't nearly enough of a sample size. I've played two full games since the event started and one of them had super toxic survivors that started harassing me on my profile after the game. I think I'll play a few more before deciding all survivors suck and taking off my flans and meme build, you know?

I'm not this, Most of my game have been fine thus far. So either your lying or maybe our anecdotal experiences are nowhere near a relevant sample size to equate to the whole of the player base.

Where do you think your MMR is? One unfortunate consequence of the kills/escapes system is that you're going to get all of the tryhards at the top, and the people that are willing to meme for the event sink to the bottom.
Meh, though. It does suck when there's 4-5 flans and the killer decides to speedrun the game.

My survivor MMR should be pretty freaking low after the "escape with just no mither" challenge...
My killer is pretty decent tho (at least on my mains)

I had same experience, survivor was just miserable time with the way killers were playing. I switched to killer to get my masquerade masks before going to play something else, if survivors wanted to farm cool but was up to them. When survivors saw I wasn't trying to kill them they mostly chilled out and we all got decent BP, better than any of my survivor matches.
I'll log in daily for the rewards, only going to play to get my part of community challenges done and to get the tome cosmetics - basically do the bare minimum needed. Outside that I'm staying away until the event is over because today wasn't fun at all.

I've had 5 games so far and theyve been okay. Two tunnellers and no campers. Team mates have been a bit so-so. Two of them ignored me on hook after the last gen popped, I could see them both by the 99d exit gate waiting, but they didn't open it until I'd been sacrificed. I'm pretty sure they did it on purpose to try prevent me getting a mask but I did manage to get it as my icon hadn't turned to a skull yet.
A team mate was helping the killer in another game, I guess in the hopes they'd get given a free escape. So all in all my team mates have been worse than the killers so far.

As in from 6 killer games, survivors didn't bring Flans even though I did, and gen rushed and played super sweaty and toxic, escaping (after teabags) with 15k BP.
While 3 of my killer games where I wrecked them from the start, was able to control the flow of the game, had time to find the invite, ultimately letting them go on purpose, everyone got 30k+ base BP.
