camping
There needs to be more of a punishment set in place for killers who camp i really think it's unfair to the point that killers get perks t help them hook camp, killing off one person or targeting them and camping them on the hook most if not all of the game then they attempt to kill off all remaining players who try to help its literally toxic and makes people not enjoy the game, it needs to be fixed something needs to happen

Yea about that... I think it'll always be this way. People have been complaining about camping for years and it often feels like it falls on deaf ears. If you're new to the game I'm sorry this has been your experience so far. All I can say is if you keep playing get used to it.

its exhauting you'd think people would actally try to do more to make the game fun but instead they make it completly unenjoyable, the Des need to hear us and they need to make it to where the killer loses points or earns WAY less for hook camping all game. I just cant fathom how it's cool that they sits behind a rock and wait for my teammats to come save me. They'll knock one pick him up then find the other person trying to save and SOMEHOW have the ability to hit people with a person on their back. they get to reuse the same hook over and over its just gross

I don't think making the Killer losing BP is a solution. The ones who facecamp for the sake of facecamping don't give a s* about points.

ever heard of doing generators and 3 of you get out?

If only survivors had a way to communicate that in solo play when it happens. "I'm being camped! Do gens and get out!" But instead sometimes the team doesn't even realize it until the camped survivor gets into 2nd stage or the other survivors are too busy doing other things like cleansing totems or opening chests. Not only that, a lot of survivors see the camping as toxic so they feel the need to try something to save the camped survivor which can go many different ways.

You're right! Make kindred base kit.

Well when map sizes, tile spawns, and perks are toned down then you can think about touching camping.

Bloodpoints won't do it. These strategies just need to be nerfed, real hard, in my opinion. Of course killers will need some compensation buff probably, to incentivise them to play fairer as well.

The thing is, I understand camping when it's, for example, the end game collapse and a killer is just trying to secure a kill.
However, just before I went against a p3 Bubba in solo queue. I looped him for a bit but then he managed to get me with his chainsaw, he then proceeded to hook me and just stand in front of the hook staring at me. A Leon with BT saved me but then he got downed, so the cycle continued. The killer engaged in one chase throughout the entire match, and didn't so much as kick a gen or break a pallet. I just don't understand how that's a fun or productive playstyle? Three of us still escaped.
There needs to be a mechanic in place where if the killer is standing within very close proximity to the hook, BT allows both the hooked and the person unhooking to take a hit, or the sacrifice timer is significantly slowed down. Also, grabbing healthy surviviors off the hook should not be in the game.
I definietly agree that there should be some buffs to killer mechanics. One example off the top of my head is that when a killer kicks a gen, there's an immediate regression (like a mini Pop Goes The Weasel), and survivors should have to be on the gen for several seconds to stop it regressing (this would stop people gen 'tapping' all the time). I think if minor tweaks like this were made, it would incentivize more killers to play in a better and more fun way.
