Does the anniversary count as the entity's birthday

Because in a tome it said that in fact the entity has a birthday so does the anniversary count as well entity now being six?

The anniversary is probably the entities birthday, but I believe the entity has been here since the beginning of time according to lore. Not sure though

Well the lore also states that the entity can pull beings from multiple points in time and that time works differently for it so it could technically be only 6 years old or could be as old as humans but considering it feeds off of hope and fear then it can't exist before the earliest humans otherwise we would have a animal killer as a way to show that any living thing is possible to be fed off of
