I cannot find the masks...
I cannot find the masks because it's too hard to find.
Has anyone else cannot find it either because of it?

Got them all. It really depends on the maps.
I only played killer. I only had one match where I couldn't find it. Most of the time the survivors would finish three gens before I found the mask.

Honestly, I just spammed no perk wraith and spent the entire 5 minutes looking for them. The only time I had massive trouble was on the haddonfield which I only found just as the last survivor got bored of sitting at the gate and left.

I got them. If you really have trouble finding them, just play Wraith and be cloaked until you find them, on some maps they are super hard to see

Just play killer and roam the map until you find it. Super easy to get all the masks playing killer

They blend in so much, i also don´t find them easy.
As said - play killer and search for them.

I got them all. The best thing that you can do is to play as Killer because as long as you collect the invitation before the exit doors open, you are guaranteed a mask. It's more difficult for Survivors... if you die, no mask. If you get the invitation after the exit gates are opened, no mask. Again, you're better off going into a match as a Killer and just searching for the invitations. I got most of mine as Survivor but it was brutal except for the few matches where Killers were looking for the invitations too.

They really blend in tbh. I found one and it disappeared on my face...
