Controversial Opinion: Make Dead hard built in and give Killers a RNG Charged Dash strike
Remove the perk and make it a default ability for survivors, but killer gets a dash strike built into every killer.
"Entity's charged strike: The entity supercharges the killer enabling them to lunge while in a chase to swing wildly as a desperate attack. Whether or not they hit or miss, they will need 2 seconds to recover from the swing, making it a gamble. However, Entity's charged strike goes through dead hard. Successful hits cause exhaustion and hemmorage on the survivor. Causes survivor to scream. Gives the killer entity powered cool down" Also make it RNG based, the distance is a % of generator progress interrupted / devious score. Yes, that means this is unreliable but the RNG is on purpose.
It'll make combat more interesting and allow counter play from the killer. It'll be more "exciting" and a bit RNG, so thats a lot more nice to watch than the current meta. This game is getting stale IMO. RNG would spice things up

So the survivors get a guaranteed ability everytime they are injured basekit, while the killer gets an ability that's completely RNG.

Dead Hard should require a very hard skillcheck for it to work. There, dead hard fixed.

The change to Dead hard is needed. It wasn’t a problem in past as you end up exhausted on the ground 50/50. But Yes, this change will make a lot of players wanna stop playing. As well as killer’s when the god loopers will make them loose with luck of basekit slowdown. Some of the changes to perks will be big dissapointment while other changes will be braintaking. As I said. Devs don’t understand balancing their game. And dissapointed us too many times to believe in them not do lazy decisions.
