The new corrupt intervention
I was looking at the new perk changes and i am pretty worried about the new corrupt, because it says it wont deactivate until a survivor is downed. meaning that if the killer just afks then the survivor will just be held hostage because 3 gens are permanently blocked by the entity. hopefully i am wrong in saying that but i just thought i should maybe point it out

My interpretation is that it will function as before, the only difference being that it will deactivate earlier if a surv is downed before the timer runs out.

I asked this question earlier. Mandy confirmed that the perk still has the timer. It now just deactivates earlier if they get the down.

Aren’t there 7 total? When you’re 3 genned, you’ve completed 4.

I just happen to find a dowsey video recommended to me on YouTube, he explained everything and even stuff like the prestige system

Oh yea I forgot 3 gen exist, I don’t know why I said 8 gens. But you’re right it’s 7 gens. Which means one still gonna be corrupted if the killer is afk lol

It kind of makes sense that they nerfed it a little considering it was part of the meta perk list. I don't think this nerf necessarily was the best answer, but I can see the logic behind their change.
