Killers & Survivors, what's your new build after changes?
As survivor: my perks used to be Kindred, Lithe, Spine Chill/Bond and Iron Will.
My new survivor build is probably going to become Lithe, Kindred, Bond and Inner Healing.
As killer (Mostly Pig and Freddy): Current build is BBQ, POP, Bamboozle and Lethal Pursuer.
New build: POP, Bamboozle, Lethal Pursuer and Corrupt.

I dont think Ill be playing much Survivor since I dont play SWF but I suppose Ill ditch Spine Chill for Lightweight, Detectives for OTR since Ruin gets nerfed, Lucky Break for Iron Will and SB remains.
Killer pretty much what Ive playing but Ill change PGTW for Overcharge, it was the only meta perk I used so the rest remain the same.

Uninstall lol i dont like playing gen simulator and they basically made looping impossible now so see ya later dbd. And no not because of dh because of bloodlust upgrade and vault build is gone now.

For killer (plague):
Overcharge, Call of Brine, Thanatophobia, and BBQ
For Survivor:
Sprint Burst, Off the Record, BT, and maybe Hope

I'll probably be switching up my builds a lot as killer and survivor because there's much more to work with to have fun interactions.
I will say the one survivor build that I want to run will be Overcome, Lucky Break, We're Gonna Live Forever, and Pharmacy.

Survivor: N/A. Now that they have finally clobbered SoloQ into the ground so hard that not even one game out of ten will be winnable, there's just literally no point.
Killer: Corrupt+Tinkerer+Pop+Deadlock - I'll be literally using the same meta perks, woohoo!
Pretty.
Good.
Job.

Probably going to see if a no gens allowed build will feel as stupid as I think it might.
Tremors, Deadman, deadlock, lethal pursuer
0 -
Definitely gonna have lightweight and off the record in my usual survivor loadout probably won't use dead hard anymore
1 -
Overcharge, Call of the brine, fired up, Bambozle
0 -
Funny enough my build wont change except i probably wont run BBC on Doc anymore
0 -
With the new shrine of secrets change I am going to try a full scourge hook build for my Oni
Agitation + Pain resonance + Floods of rage + Gift of Pain.
it's gonna feel weird playing Oni without infectious fright, but good thing I will have some aura reading.

Replacing bbq with discordance/thrilling and will use lethal pursuer much more.
For survivor I used to run bond with botany a lot so I will simply go back to that, I am happy they buffed it. Paired with windows and maybe unbreakable? Not sure about the last perk

I was thinking of changing BT for CoH but seeing that it's 5s. Probably not
Deliverance, Flashbang, DH, BT
0 -
Survivor: Off the record/Dead Hard/MoM/Circle or Lightweight/Quick and Quiet/Lithe/DS or Circle/Botany/Lucky Break/Overcome
these are the first three I wanna try but there will be more for sure.
Killer: overcharge/brine/pop/dragon's grip or shrine/gift of pain/pain res/floods of rage or lethal pursuer/I'm all ears/bbq/jolt
0 -
Survivor: Botany, Kindred and then 2 filler.
Probably A Blessed totem or something and lightweight maybe?
0 -
Anything that combos with overcharge e.g. dragon's grip.
0 -
circle of healing lithe deliverance and blast mine
jolt lethal pain resonance and idk the last one😭

Before: For The People, Vigil, Dead Hard, WGLF/Botany Knowledge/Desperate Measures + Med-kit with at least 2 self-heals
Now: For The People, Vigil, Botany Knowledge, Sprint Burst/Resilience + Med-kit with at least 2 self-heals

Lightweight works very well with Sprint Burst even right now, I recomend you changing DH for SB+LW.

In regards to the changes at least:
Survivor:
Removing:
- Spine chill, its dead
- BT, people should be bringing off the record and we have base BT, so its redundant.
Adding:
- Off the record, 80 seconds of endurance, even during endgame, is nuts. Free extra health state and Exit.
- Botany, Hope + NOLB, Distortion or Lucky Break. TBD. Easy recharge now imo, no auras or no scratch marks ect. is pretty good as well as extra healing or running speed. Need to test these out to pick the best one. Lucky break was strong before, now it's stronger.
Killer:
Removing:
- Pop, changing from total to current is a big blow
- Ruin, dead
- BBQ, also dead
Adding:
- Overcharge, basically the new ruin/better Call of Brine.
- Maybe Gift of Pain?
Survivors definitely got the better end of the perk changes imo.

My Freddy:
Dead Man Switch, Pain Resonance, Surveillance, Opression
Opression will regress up to 3 random gens besides the one I kicked - with Surveillance, every gen affected shines in white and when someone touch it, it shows me in yellow - after a hook, I know where to fake teleport (or teleport) to block the gens with Dead Man Switch. Surveillance gives me the info they took away from PR back, so I can use DMS too.
But: Maybe I will change it. The only perk I will never abandon on Freddy is Dead Man Switch, it works so well at him.
My Demogorgon:
Save the Best for Last, Corrupt (set portals), Deadlock, 4th perk

Survivor pre-patch: MoM, CoH, Kindred, Empathy
Survivor after patch: Kindred, Fast Track, Tenacity, Flip-Flop
My Survivor build got slightly less meme-ier
Killer: Demogorgon
Pre-patch: Lethal Pursuer, Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance, Pop Goes The Weasel, I'm All Ears
After patch: Lethal Pursuer, I'm All Ears, Deadlock and whatever I'm feeling or a full stealth build

Well with my Artist i just went with DMS / PR / Agitation / Deadlock before the patch, But i've been preferring 2 other builds with her as of late.
Gift of pain / Eruption / Agitation / Call of Brine - With Thorny nest addon for additional mangled with dire crows.
Call of Brine / Thana / DMS / Eruption - Not so fun for survivors i imagine but :P Would be the case for a killer that doesn't really need chase perks or additional info perks.

Survivor: Sprint Burst/ Lithe, Kindred, WoO, Open-handed
Pyramid Head: I'm All Ears, Brutal Strength, Eruption, Call of Brine
Blight: Shadowborn, BBQ, Lethal Pursuer, Enduring
Artist: M&A, Thrilling Tremors, Agitation, Pain Resonance
Sadako: MYC, STBFL, Sloppy, Bamboozle

Too many, so I couldnt tell'em all...
Solo Q:
If I wanna survive at all costs: Spine Chill, Lightweight, CoH, Sole Survivor
Im playing a lot with Lightweight these days. You won't believe how many times killers loose me in a chase, cuz they rely too much on my scratchmarks.
SWF:
I bareley play SWF, but if Im playing with gen jockeys: Adre, WoO, Hope, Lithe
Killers:
I have multiple builds for all killers so the list would be too long. But I still play a lot with CI, CoB, PGTW, Pentimento, DMS, Brutal Strength and Bamboozle

Just discovered in my last match how strong it is. Now i´ll prepare to run it with Q&Q and trying to figure out the last perk to run with this.

On survivor I've been running a combination of the following: Lithe, Lightweight, Lucky Break, Overcome, Prove Thyself, Quick and Quiet, and Borrowed Time.
It used to be, well, not a whole lot different, save for WGLF.
On killer, I've been running Call of Brine, Overcharge, Darkness Revealed, Jolt, and old friends Infectious Fright, I'm all Ears, Sloppy Butcher. Of course there are some I run only on certain killers, but those are the main ones.
Before the patch it was Pain Resonance, Dead Man's Switch, Pop, and BBQ on pretty much every killer, save for using Sloppy on killers who are bad in chase and Iron Maiden on Huntress.

I really lazy to play with kicking gens.
So this build is make you get to chase after chase and dont care about kicking gen.
Agitation, SC: Pain Resonance, Jolt, SC: Gift of Pain.
0 -
Survivor: Off the record - healing boon - prove thyself + anything
Killer I still play the same lazy build than before I just hate kicking gens : Corrupt intervention - deadlock - jolt + anything

As a killer I usually running only 2 slow down perks now and 2 "killer situational" perks...
Slow down: COB and POP (yeah, I'm running pop, despite people saying it's trash, I don't think so)
As a survivor, I'm still trying to find a good set of perks, most likely: Boon, PT, lightweight, and DH (still practicing)
0 -
Lithe, CoH, WoO, OTR.
0 -
For survivor basically
SB OTR Deliverance Prove
SB OTR Deliverance Lightweight
SB OTR Deliverance Kinship
If a killer wants to tunnel me I'm making it a game winning chase and if they want to camp I can waste their time and still hop off hook right before my timer hits 2nd.

Bond, Breakout, Circle of Healing, Botany. Fun build for survivor.
Depends on the killer but mostly just aura reading.
Lethal Pursuer, I'm All Ears, BBQ, Darkness Revealed.

Survivor before: Overcome, WoO, Kindred, CoH
Survivor now: Lithe, WoO, Kindred, CoH
Sadako before:
- 1) Bamboozle, Pain Resonance, DMS, BBQ
- 2) Bamboozle, MYC, Floods, Pop
Sadako now:
- 1) Bamboozle, Enduring, Spirit Fury, Jolt
- 2) Bamboozle, Sloppy/Plaything, Jolt, STBFL

It depends on the killer, but my default M1 killer setup is Lethal, STBFL, Jolt, and another info perk, usually BBQ but I change it out depending on what I want.
0 -
The only change for me is using Empathy instead of WGLF. Botany, Leader, Kindred is my usual build.

Surv pre patch: kindred, dh, COH, ds
surv post patch: civi 6
1 -
Trickster before:
BBQ, Deadlock, No Way Out, Iron Maiden
Trickster now:
Agitation, Brutal Strength, Darkness Revealed, Iron Maiden
Survivor before:
WGLF, We'll Make It, Botany Knowledge, Desperate Measures
Survivor Now:
Autodidact, Botany Knowledge, Solidarity, Leader

I was running Blastmine, BT, Self Care and Spine Chill.
Now I'm running Blastmine, BT, Kindred and Prove Thy Self. Kindred and BT to help against the camping/tunneling killers and Prove Thy Self/Blastmine to help against the gen slow down/regression killers.

My current build for killer (especially for Demogorgon) is: Cauldrophobia, Dark Devotion, Grim Embrace and Rancor.
My current build for survivor (aka Dwight) is: Adrenaline, Botany Knowledge, Prove Thyself and No One Left Behind.

Ive been playing pretty much only nemmy cause I bought him a few days ago and want to p3 him so my build atm is STBFL Endruing Spirit Fury and Jolt. I change up my build regularly enough now though cause with the prestiege changes now I have the options to but STBFL has been a main perk on all the builds.
0 -
For survivor my only core perks are Prove Thyself and Sprint Burst. Sometimes I do Inner Strength + Detective's Hunch, Blast Mine + Flashbang, We'll Make it + Botany Knowledge.
For killer my only core is Pain Res. Usually an information perk and then 2 random perks for comfort or BP gains up.

I’ve been playing some fun builds
—
Juggernaut
- Endurance (fast pallet stun recovery)
- Brutal Strength (fast pallet, wall and gen smash)
- Bamboozle (fast vaults and block windows)
- Fire Up (ever faster smashing and vaulting, also faster pickups which can mess up flashlight save attempts)
Basically just force all pallet drops if you can’t get the hit and smash them. And at strong vaults just vault straight through. I have to be a bit mindful in the early game to juggle pressure and slug a bit as needed to keep the survivors busy away from gens, but by midgame there will typically be a bunch of destroyed pallets and Fire Up is ramped up to the point any pallets that are left get destroyed ridiculously quickly and I can vault as fast as a survivor doing a medium vault. It’s a ton of fun just bulldozing through everything. 🙂

Backpack Build
- Agitation - faster carries
- Mad Grit - Free attacks while carrying
- Iron Grasp - Longer carry time plus negates wiggle steering changes
- Starstruck - Exposes in terror radius while carrying
Basically once I down someone I pick them up and carry them straight toward whatever generator the survivors are on. Initially the survivors almost always try a bodyblock before they realize Starstruck is up and I get a free down or two or three. After that they try and stay clear while you carry them, but because you can move so far as so fast while carrying you can often still get close enough to a generator they’re on that if they continue working on it they risk being Exposed, and if they hop off that’s also still good for you since they’re not actively repairing it anymore. I’ve been having fun with this on slower ranged killers like Deathslinger and Trickster since they don’t seem to expect you to be doing melee attacks with them, let alone attacks while carrying. 🙂

Scourge City
- All four Scourge Hook perks, including the new version of Monstrous Shrine
Pretty obvious, every single hook gets four perks worth of value. Really fun build.
-
Gotta Block Them All
- Deadlock (blocks gens after completions)
- Dead Man’s Switch (blocks gens survivors leave)
- Corrupt Intervention (blocks half the gens early on)
- No Way Out (blocks the exits for 60 seconds at the end of the match)
You can also swap in Merciless Storm to potentially block gens that get to 90% completion. Either way lots of things are getting blocked throughout the match, and it all stacks pretty well without overlap.
