Apply NOED aura reveal to Boons

Making NOED reveal itself to survivors over a progressive period of time is certainly one way to nerf it. But how about a little parity?

Survivor boons should also reveal themselves to killers with an increasing sight radius.

  Or at least for Circle of Healing after a survivor's used it's benefit at least for a couple of seconds.
