The Genrush is going to continue to be a big problem, here's my feedback
Increasing the time from 80 to 90 seconds will give many killers valuable time, but will it be enough? This will lead to other issues as killer playing camp will have more time to get a kill.
On the other hand, nerfing "corrupt intervention" has been a big mistake... it will make the killer unable to have pressure at the beginning of a game, because the only ones who can put pressure at the beginning of a game are a few killers: Nurse, Blight and billy? Imagine that the RNG hurts me and I have to play in... Red Forest: maternal or an another map that is a weak map for killers.
All killers should have a standard tool to be able to put pressure on the first or 2 mins of the game until we can find a survivor to hang it on a hook.
I would reconsider a review of the "corrupt intervention" perk and also consider the possibility that we could have a base time of around 60s.
I hope that when this patch officially arrives, the devs will try to look at all the details.

Genrush will be the only thing survivors should be doing from now on.
Since stealth and looping were nerfed, from both basekit changes to killer and stealth perks being nerfed, that's all survivors are supposed to do imo.

The Corrupt Change is fine. It's great for set-up killers like trapper and Hag, while not being oppressively good anymore like it is on Blight and Nurse who can get downs extremely quickly.

Stealth kinda and holding W yes but looping? If you mean dead hard it's not mandatory at all.

Killers got bloodlust buffed, breaking pallets buffed, hit recovery buffed, that will contribute to faster downs.
8 -
Its more about the speed burst after getting hit and M1 cooldown being reduced and the breaking pallets being faster.

True, although tier 1 brutal strength and 2 stacks of sbtfl aren't necessarily gamechangers

i can already hear the storm of complaints coming in when the ptb hits. boy oh boy survivors will be furious once they see how messed up these changes are

How many times have you as Killer ran up to a gen only to have it finished in your face? Those added 10 seconds should make those cases much more rare and allow you to protect what would have been a lost gen with at least some time to spare.

How Corrupt nerf is bad? It is still doing same job.
It is buying time for set-up killer (Myers, Trapper, Hag).
Survivors still can not sit on this gens at start, so they need to search generator. So it is buying time for your first down.
Corrupt's nerf is one of the good. At least it did not butchered like Ruin, DS, DH

HUGE problem its the new meta.

they also buffed every perk to do gens faster.

It's a good set of changes that benefits weaker killers, especially m1 killers that can't reliably down. It has much less of an effect on killers who rely on their power for chase, like Nemesis, Pyramid Head, Blight, Huntress, etc. Those killers don't even need to bloodlust ever to get a down.

I only recall 3.
Soul Survivor. No one is gonna run this perk outside of going for n adept. No one as it does nothing.
Deja Vu. This might see some use, but 5% faster gen progress is only gonna save 4.5 seconds. Added with how gens will now take 90 seconds to finish, even if you never touch any gun but the ones Deja Vu shows you it will take longer to finish any given gen compared to before. Plus. If you do that then you are gonna lock yourself into a nasty 3 gen situation making late game hell for Survivors.
Overzealous. This one could be painful. 8% is a sizable amount, but it's still only gonna save you 7.2 seconds off of a gen so gens should still be slower than before. The massive 16% boost though, that's nasty. Thankfully it's only if you cleanse a hex totem. And cleansing a totem also takes 16 seconds anyway so that'll prolong a game as well. Overzealous is also limited as there's only 5 totems in a game and the perk turns off if you get wounded. In short, it helps but might also be a negative if you go out of your way to use this perk.
I don't see any of those perks being that much of an issue. SS is worthless, DV can get yourself trapped into a 3 gen, and Ov has both a warm up cost and is a limited resource competing against other anti totem perks or Boon perks. They got buffed, but I just don't see them getting used over other options.

Yea the other perks they buffed dont do anything what 3 perks you think your about to see the most with a tool box and a bnp?
0 -
The change they made to corrupt invertion should be just basekit corrupt and if you use corrupt invertion perk it should block those 3 gens for another 90s for example after first down.
1 -
Figure the same perks we see today. DS, DH, Prove Thyself, and Resilience. Your standard gen rush build

Ds is pointless dh is pointless. Definitely resilience and thyself well maybe unless swf with bnps so and the other 3 perks you mentioned is new meta. Gens getting 90 is pointless when the new meta will be gen rush.

I have 5600 hours I am a main killer, finding a survivor as a general rule who does not hide is relatively easy for me, sometimes I find them very close to the gens blocked by corrupt intervention when I knock down one of them, they will no longer have corrupt intervention and they will start to repair before because as a general rule 3 survivors or 2 appear where the corrupt intervention is, or am I wrong?

The corrupt intervention nerf is fine, most survivors leave the spawning area once they realize the killer is using this perk.
