Off the Record sounds like a nightmare.
Based off the description of it, sounds like a complete nightmare for killers at end game. More then 1 survivor brings this and its end game and you will be body blocked into submission with nothing you can do. Everything else In this patch notes I'm ok with. This perk scares, it absoltley will be meta if this is what it does.

This perk just looks like a way better BT now. Guaranteed escape in end game which is odd as they stated that's specifically what they don't want with the DS/BT changes.

It also punishes you if you get fast downs. Everyone gets a health state for safe unhooks and the cycle repeats. Over and over and over...
I wonder how that will look like.

but hey... you need to make it to end game... with the current changes, as a solo q survivor, I don't see myself making it to end game that often for OTR to be viable hah

You realize this perk still works for the whole rest of the game, right? You don't have to wait until endgame, it's pretty much a better DS.

Yes, but it's only during end game that you can fully use those 80 seconds unless you try to open the doors. During the game, I don't see myself standing still for 80 seconds doing nothing.

Because it is an anti-tunelling perk just like DS, but better, as it doesn't give the killer the chance to slug you. DS has the same penalty and currently still is one of the best survivor perks.

Like I said before, it's antitunneling until I decide to be part of the game again to help the rest of the team... because why would I wait up 80 seconds doing nothing just in case the killer sees me again? I could pretty much complete a gen in that time

if you have time to touch a gen, then you're not really being tunneled

BHVR: Nerf DS so it isn't an auto-escape at endgame.
Also BHVR: Change OTR so now it's an auto-escape at endgame.

It will definitely be annoying in the end game, but the part that is going to annoy me the most is the bodyblocking when I'm trying to not tunnel. People already do it with BT and DS, now imagine that but you can't wait it out or slug them.

Exactly. SWF team will absolutely block the killer for 80 seconds with OTR every unhooking.
