What I see...
What I see in this new perk rework are devs desperate for fixing camping and tunneling.
When the solution is pretty simple
When unhook a surv make it intangible and get a sprint burst.
This would fix:
Camping and tunnel discouraging chasing that surv ( unless killer want you dead).
BT bodyblocking.

Issue once again is the speedboost doesn't matter if bubba over here doesn't let you get that unhook in the first place rendering it meaningless for camping.

U are intangible so you dont mind if bubba chainsaw u 15 times.This truly fix tunneling.

Camping can't get fixed by perks activating after the survivor is unhooked. Killer can still very much down you before you get the unhook, or trade survivors and still have one on the hook, even if it's not the same bc tunneling is made impossible.

They basically added a small base kit buff to anti camping but nerfed DS into the ground and made OTR the better DS. If it stacks with BT which i think it does I see literally no reason to use DS now

Yeah but then it'd probably be too op for survivors. I don't think any mechanic preventing camping could exist without being abused by the survivors tbh. I think the only way for killers to give up camping is to simply make it not worth it, unfortunately with the upcoming update it'll be more rewarding so that's not going to help.

so how and when does the intangible apply for the unhooker?

If the killer is camping for 20 seconds or so.Do a PTB to see the distance of camping and the time.
But thats the only solution i find intangibility.
