Toxic Killer Actions.
Outside of Slug Army and Face camping. What can killers do to be Toxic? The community seems to believe a lot of things but I’ve never gotten a true straight answer.

I don't think either of those two things should be considered toxic but if you're looking for something a little different that people might find annoying then three things come to mind.
Follow a trapped person around as Pig until they die.
Camp as many items as you can with Franklins.
T-bag downed survivors as Ghostface.
Outside of tunneling, camping, slugging and nodding/head-shaking, there's not a lot killers can do that would overly annoy survivors.

Pretending to give someone hatch or exit, then killing them anyway....or at least, draggin it out for the full length of EGC. That gets a bit annoying and/or toxic after awhile.

Dropping the macro clicker's flashlight with Franklin, repeatedly, apparently xD

The only genuinely toxic behaviors are usually bannable offenses.
Face camping and hard tunneling might be annoying and unfun, but they're not toxic. That's kind of just the game.
IMO the only things killers can do that I genuinely see as "toxic" are outright cheating (illegal), bodyblocking for long periods of time (against the rules, and survivors can do this just as well) and then I'd also consider bleeding someone out just to waste their time. If there's no hooks around or it isn't possible to hook them, sure I might find it boring but there's logic behind it if you want your kills. Bleeding out simply because you want to waste 4 minutes of someone's time is something I'd throw the label at.

The most toxic thing I can imagine a killer do is equip Franklyn's

Camping and slugging aren't toxic, it was said over and over they are valid strategies.
Unless by slug army you mean those killers who slug everyone and don't hook anyone just to waste the survivor's time until they bleed out. If it's done for no other reason other than to annoy the other players, I guess it can be called toxic.

I think I've only seen 1 legit case of forcing an EGC drawout; they were trying to adept and had killed the other three and my build made it impossible for him to hook me, so all he could do was just sit and watch me spin in circles.

Nothing is more egregious and toxic than a killer winning a trial. Lock em up and bury the key, I say. Once you realize the relationship between toxicity complaints and whether a player won or loss, it really loses its meaning.

I know where you're coming from, and I thought, the same thing, your thinking, besides what you mentioned, I don't really know how killers can be as toxic, as some survivors say, I guess maybe constantly slashing on hook maybe one, but I honestly don't know either

That’s what I was thinking. I just wanted to see if anyone can come up with a true way. Not just “Using this perk” or “being this killer”. Since I play killer it’s just weird being called toxic by mr T-bag 4000

Yes my guy lol

Repeatedly hitting on hook, shaking head etc.
Letting survivors bleed out on purpose regardless if a hook is close by (Not including someone who may have already been picked up and had to be dropped for any reason)

Carry a downed surviver to a corner and "#########" him/her :(
