Doctor needs a SLIGHT buff
I am not proposing anything major just lessen the speed penalty for shocking with doctor. with madness being less useful due to it reverting to tier 1 (a decision I still disagree with) you lean more into the action stun. I don't think they should remove the penalty entirely (Though I sure would like it) just tweak it a bit so you are not punished for using your ability. My issue isn't with the timing for vaults it is that when you hit it correctly any survivor with half a brain isn't going to sit at the vault/pallet hopelessly spamming space. They're going to w away. They would be more cornered and less able to w if he wasn't so slow during charge up, therefore have to do more mindgames and skill rather than w.

Doctor’s actually in an ok spot at the moment, he’s a solid average killer. And on a related note Overcharge is one of his starting perks and it’s getting a big buff mid-chapter, so yay! 🙂

I am not saying he's bad, he is fine in his current state, it's more a quality of life.

He used to be the most annoying, now I'd say he isn't that bad. Personal preference I suppose.

I'll say he got a slight buff this upcoming chapter, with the new overcharge still needing a survivor to hit the skillcheck and with the ramp up regression if you can keep them in tier 3 madness for long periods of time preventing them from interacting with it until they snap out of madness 3. Deadman's switch did not get touched also, so that's still good for the doctor with massive TR with addons. As for pallets, you might like Bloodfavour or Spirit Fury If you're finding the movement slow down annoying while trying to shock at pallets. Usually it's not so bad at window vaults but yeah some pallet loops are a bit iffy.
