I imagine many players will just accidentally do that now

4 chapters per year, 8 characters on average. 8 characters = 800 prestiges = over 2 prestiges per day just to keep pace.
Unless playing DBD is your full time job, not happening.

Definitely not. Playing the game for more than 2 matches is already pushing it.
