Gen time increase change. I dont agree with it

I feel like there was a much better solution. It would take more work, but it would be healthier in the long. Make maps in future a little bit smaller/ make survivors spawn near eachother and not spread out. Early game is the problem. they are spread out and knock out 2/3 gens before u get 1 down.

you just made the game even more boring to do gens by increasing it and what happens when there is a 3 gen with increased times now? ontop of other perks like jolt getting a buff too? and bloodlust getting a buff lol.

imagine how bad its gonna be at low mmr now, holy damn.

I try and give survivors a secondary objective with Pinhead and they don't seem to like that...at all. I think maps are the only hope we have..

Doing gens is so boring, chase is the only thing that's fun!!!

::gets tunneled:: no you're ruining the game I don't want to be chased!!

Balancing around low mmr is never a good idea.

But i agree, that it could have been solved better, by giving survivors an additional objective.

Identity V has a mechanic where for the first three minutes of the match has slower deciding. Then the survivors decode at regular speed. This IMO is a much better solution because it would encourage more interaction ( totems, flashlight saves, hook sabo). But a blanket extra 50 seconds of gens seems stupid.

A 10 sec gen nerf speed in nothing compared to Hex: Ruin nerf "To bring Hex: Ruin in line with other perks, we are reducing the regression speed to 50/75/100% from 100/150/200%. This will reduce its power without destroying its primary appeal. After a Survivor is killed, Hex: Ruin will automatically deactivate."

It’s obvious the devs have no idea what they’re doing, if they did they never would’ve buffed Thanatophobia.

Gens will take 110 secs with it and that’s with only thana without other slowdown perks. Matches against legion will now take 30+ mins.

If the devs played survivor they would know how boring doing gens is and would’ve thought of other ways to slow gen speeds like secondary objectives.

If BHVR thinks survivor will hold M1 for 2 mins per gen they’re crazy, my friends and I would rather play something else

Nah. It's gonna work out wonderfully. Some survivors will mald, some will quit, most will adapt and on a whole the game will be more fun and less frustrating for killers, which in turn will lead to more killer players/ shorter que times and less tunneling/camping.

Only issue is if OTR will break this all in twain, but we gotta see it in action.
