Where are all the hooks lower level of Gideon Meat Plant???

I swear I had a guy wiggle his way out off my grasp, after I downed him 3 separate times in the match on the lower level of Gideon Meat Plant.

The 3rd time I downed him, instead of picking him up I scouted around and there were no hooks nearby on the lower level; it was like a dead zone. So I had to just leave him and instead go for the other 3 survivors doing gens.

1 person did make a Petrified Oak offering which "slightly increases the distance between sacrificial Hooks". Regardless I was no where near any hooks. I think most of the hooks were on the upper floor.

I can't be the only one unable to find hooks on the lower floor ???

    I find it can sometimes be tough to get to a hook down there.

    Sometimes one might be close, but the path to get to it is too long due to breakable walls or something.

    Nope, the hook spawns suck there. They don't take into account the eight million breakable walls on that map. I'm worried about the RPD being similar to it since it has a lot of walls (and those aren't breakable).

    I've tested RPD and if you get downed on the top level of the library, in the corner in front of the stairs (the side with no drop down and only a single window), no perk to buff or nerf struggling in play, the killer does not have the time to hook someone and you'll get free. I tested it more than once and the killer was never able to hook. There might be some good RNG that place a hook closer but it's probably rare as #########.

    they need to fix this it's way too survivor sided because of this. I downed the same single survivor multiple times just to have her escape my grasp multiple times it didn't take her very long to figure out that if she runs to the corner I literally could not hook her. The other survivors didn't catch on though so I got most of them as long as they stayed in the middle and away from the corners. I always loved this map when I played survivor and now that I played it as a killer I know why
