If you can't reach them and they are not leaving the spot/match, record it and report them.

No just DC, it's not worth it.
They get more pleasures from holding your game hostage for hours than you DC'ing because of it.
Damn 40 minutes, that's the usual high level of ######### this game can bring, sadly.

Just report them. Btw: You can reach that spot with every killer. Just strafe on the lowest edge of this rock. After you did this 1-2 times, it's pretty easy. Than you can smack their teabagging face and watch them dc.
