Cause now its a worthless perk
Why would i run a perk to know if the killer is looking at me if it only lights up when I can already see them?

Or just revert it back to its original state, i like that better.

It's not supposed to speed you up. It's a detection perk. That aspect was unnecessary. If you're already that observant that you don't need it to light up than you never needed it for its intended purpose.

Does it matter if it's "unnecessary" if it was fun? Jeez, it's a nice little boost on exit gates and made for a fun build with resilience. I just don't want it to counter killer powers like wraith, ghostface, pig.

They did actually. They mentioned it in the stream and couldn't change it for PTB.
Basically it will work in Terror Radius. Also, the speed boost is still there they just removed the speed boost for vaulting.
