Is irrelevant.
Whether or not you think she's OP or perfectly fair or has zero counterplay or is so easy to counter doesn't matter.
No one you're going to argue with about it is going to change their minds about it. Ever. Period. Their mind has been made up, it will be completely unshaken no matter what.
It's not something you can prove or provide evidence for, it's just a complete difference in how the game is seen and you will never change that.
Now continue arguing.

If Nurse gets nerfed I hope survivors enjoy their SWF games against killer bots and hacker killer bots because they earned it.
Because the only viable killer which can stand up to SWF will be gone.
And no killer player wants to play a crap killer only to be clowned by a SWF who just wants to humiliate you and make your game hell.

You are just denying the existence of objective truths, that the majority of people think it is one way does not make it correct. You can prove your point since there are facts, that there are different points of view regarding how those facts should be interpreted does not mean it is impossible to reach the truth.

There are two types of people.
The first wants nurse to be nerfed so more fun perks can be added to the game, these people understand she is overpowered and that nerfing her is good for the games health going forward.
The second are individuals who play nurse and don't want to see her changed.

I've mained nurse since she's been out, I honestly don't mind if they nerf her because I haven't lost a game with her in over a year and for the past few months I've quit playing her because it's boring to end a game that quick, but I will say that most of these people complaining about nurse more than likely dont ever play her she's not easy to master and you have to be good at identifying what type of runners you're playing against, if they did nerf her she would probably be useless is the bad part and she's one of the few killers that stands a chance against the very best in the game

Hard agree with this thread.
I'd say most players care about having good balance for both sides. They understand that each side has things that are much too powerful, need to be toned down, and that buffing everything to be super powerful is a silly idea. Some people actually say that every killer should be as powerful as nurse, and every survivor as powerful as SWF. Absurd. A game like that would be so unfun to play. Games where power creep goes unchecked are unfun.
All the same old nurse main names in this thread are only interested in keeping the advantage they have over equally skilled players.
When a nurse reaches a certain skill level that nurse will always have an advantage over equally skilled players. Just the same as SWF. Simply playing as SWF increases your power level to much higher than how well you actually play. Just facts.

What will you do if I say nurse isn't nowhere near strong at high MMR at all? there is no statistics of high MMR, thus that "proof" just doesn't work against anything except twins itself.

So why is it, that the higher you climb, the more nurses and blights you encounter. Surely that can't be a coincidence that every person experiences together. Blight is getting the adjustment to make him less strong, where is nurses adjustment? Spirit got some fixes not too long ago that actually makes it so you can attempt counter-play. I just don't understand how we're adjusting killers #2 and #3, but the #1 slot is untouchable. Explain that to me.

huh? usage rate doesn't equate to win rate at all, it just means she can win against lower MMR and just that... wonder why? because she is different.
Probably because that #1 slot is entirely made up with speculation and expectation, there is fair chance that the those two were much more oppressive and had much less counters in actual match.

You see more nurses and blights at high MMR because the casual killer moves to them killers in order to be able to compete against high MMR SWF which all have toolboxes, flashlights, med kits, dead hard, DS, iron will etc etc.
Oh and throw in an odd survivor-sided map as well, there's a reason why you don't see Huntress at high MMR because the dead hard buff killed her hatchets and also she's too slow to deal with the big maps being gen rushed.

What? Everyone happens to know their MMR and the MMR of their opponent? Unless you're on PC and breaking TOS, you have no way of determining that. You don't gain a set amount of MMR for every win, so no, winning X amount of games does not automatically put you at "high MMR". You don't even gain MMR in many cases depending on opponent skill level.
Spirit and Blight aren't Nurse and have nothing to do with her. Their changes were made for different reasons. Spirit gave players literally nothing to go off of outside of a bugged idle animation reset. And Blight's ability to hug is apparently not intended. None of those things have anything to do with Nurse. I won't even get into Nurse herself, because like OP said, nobody's mind is going to be changed.

I didn't say usage rate, I said why is it that you see more nurses and blights at high end MMR. You seem to be coping pretty hard.
Pretty sure my MMR goes up when I win, I don't need to be hackerman to know that. Another good tool they gave us to look at, is how many dead hards you encounter in each match, we literally have a chart for that. So if you are seeing 4 meta perks on all 4 survivors every game, its pretty easy to tell your MMR is high. I have a feeling a lot of people's minds are going to change when she ultimately gets changed/nerfed. Most of the community wants it, regardless of the numbers.

You can determine your MMR by the survivors/killers you go against, my survivor MMR is high because I get lilithomen when I play, and then when I play survivor I get quite a few big streamers often in my lobbies as SWF.

Actually, you can't.
Since dev intentionally messed up matchmaking in order to make high-MMR players que time tolerable, matching against good player doesn't mean you are on high MMR.

Lets say you play on Monday and 300 nurse players que up, you don't see any because none were at your MMR. You play again on Tuesday and 300 nurse players que up, you go against 15 in a row. Has the usage rate changed. No, your MMR did.

...yeah? I'm talking about usage rate at specific MMR, it means that 300 nurse players were on higher MMR, thus she is more used at higher MMR.
And usage rate has nothing to do with win rate, more nurse at high MMR is not more winning nurse at high MMR.

I would argue that the usage rate of killers almost never changes, unless they receive direct buffs/nerfs. Get a tome for challenges, or a youtuber makes a video.

If MMR didn't exist still nor emblems and the developers actually made the game fun more people would be less inclined to play the strongest killers.
When BHVR added the above they forced players to sweat every game, no more fun killers who play easy at the start and then go hard etc.
If you do well on a bad killer your MMR skyrockets then you hit an artificial ceiling that you can't go above unless you play the strongest killers.

There's 0 proof of this and based on the limited information the devs have released about her kill rate quite a few, if not the outright majority of nurses are underperforming.

I'm making an observation that in this thread, and in every thread about nurse it is the same 5 or 6 people trying really hard to keep their OP toy from being nerfed.
Gotta respect the hustle. To an outside viewer or someone who doesn't play the game at a high level (like the devs) it might seem like opinions are split on the nurse. In reality it is a very small number of vocal defenders who are very loud in every thread.

Nurse is not only viable killer. Oni, Blight, Huntress, Pyramid, Nemmy, Spirit etc are also good killers. They are still on weak side but people are still playing Legion and Ghostface so much.

You aren't seeing things for what they are. All these comments are doing is trying to explain to those who struggle what they are supposed to do to be better at the game. There are explanations about almost everything that needs to be known to verse a Nurse, every misconception, every outright lie or misinformation to discard. It often summarizes to playing her to try to get a clue and see it's not that easy against decent players (but that's hard and require to really want to be better). There are also all the comments of players who say how much they love versing her.
You'll also notice that most players, including Nurse players, seem to agree the speed boost of the range add-ons may be a bit too much. However it has also been hypothesized that the reason for that boost is that it's insignificant at low level and required to stand a chance at high level play, we don't know. (I don't believe that speed affects the outcome of a chase much, at any level, and I believe the speed boost shouldn't affect "normal" range jumps but I digress.)
And, and this is important, no one is naive enough to imagine that a bunch of crying will have an effect on the balance of the game.
