Buff Suggestion to Blindness

Keeping this short and simple.

Blindness now makes hex totems appear dull, encouraging survivors to do bones.

EX. Third Seal is play and its your only hex and you're playing Sadako wanting to be "spooky". You get 4 hits and now everyones blind, now they have to cleanse dull totems in hopes its Third Seal. Now you can play your "spooky" build and not worry about your totem being gone in 5 seconds at the start of the match. (It would also encourage different perk combos.)

    In my opinion blindness is OK as it is now.

    Regarding your opinion about hexes being dull totems: I think hex totems should appear after 30 seconds in the match. It's pointless to bring a hex totem when survivors spawn next to it or next to generators (their main objective).
