Bloodweb level 11
So at level 10 the game tells you the entity has awakened and will consume parts of the bloodweb but it never does at level 11. You'll always be able to buy everything on the bloodweb at level 11, no matter the prestige or character.
I was curious if this was a reference to something or maybe just an oversight, because immediately after, at level 12, the entity starts taking things again.

The Bloodweb doesn't get big enough to spawn the Entity until level 12.
Level 10 is an exception because it spawns two perks, which forces the Entity to appear the moment you grab one.

In fact, you can hear the Entity appear at Level 11 once you took the last Item in the Bloodweb.
