Question about how works Pain Resonance and Thrilling Tremors
So i have a doubt about These 2 perks working together, for exemple.
I take downded survivor, activates Thrilling tremors, and i put him on Scourge pain resonance hook. So....
1- All gens block - OK, no pain resonance. BUT.
2- if i have survivor working on a gen and this gen be the only gen free of TT effect, at the same time, this gen ISNT the most progress gen in the match, my pain resonance will not work or he will trigger on the only gen free at the moment? still not be the most progress gen? .
In the short words. Pain Resonance will activates in the most progress FREE generator or he simply will not activate if this generator has been blocked by TT?

Pain Res targets the gen that is not already finished, is not blocked, and has the most progress completed on it in that order. So if Thrilling blocks all but one gen, then Pain Res will target that gen as it is not blocked.
Remember that blocked gens cannot regress and therefore Pain Res must focus on the next gen that is free and has most progress.

I’m pretty sure Jolt can remove progress on generators through a block. Pain Resonance actually has the same wording in its description as Jolt so I do know why Jolt and Pain Resonance function differently but … 🤷♂️

If so, it can affect a blocked generator, but the regression won't start until the block ends?

Yeah the normal regression is suspended while the generator is blocked either way.
