The body in the basement of this anniversary event
Everyone is aware of this body here.
Now here's my theory on who that is... It's the observer. Just think the last scene from the observer was going into a party room where he was surrounded and now is probably dead.
I guess the entity was upset from last year that the observer didn't even wish it a happy birthday and felt like the observer felt left out.

Maybe that could be Vigo or Benedict Baker as well, both characters whose fate is unknown, and if one of them escaped the realm, we know that The Entity never lets a prey escape, as shown with Mikaela ( hope I wrote this right) and Kate. That could also be a random dead survivor or killer as well.
