Plenty of people have mentioned it by now.
Still, Oni isn't as good a Blight even with this bug that's probably why it's been in the game for so long.

I've gone against so many more Oni's lately because of this bug. Which is great because normally he's one of my favorites to go against. But this bug makes him more of a pain than usual.

Maybe it is intended coh and healing meta made oni weaker so this balance it out.
