I don't understand the new shrine of secrets
It is offering me Tier 2 of Monitor and Abuse for 4K, should it be Tier 1 for 2K?
I don't think I have bought Monitor and Abuse from the shrine of secrets before, in that case shouldn't it be Tier 2 for 2K at a discount price?
Doctor is currently Prestige 0, Lvl 50

Because you unlocked Monitor and Abuse as a teachable prior to the update, you now have it unlocked and available T1 on every character.
The Shrine of Secrets no longer has teachable rarity and instead will offer you the next Tier you don't have unlocked (Tier 2 in your case) to unlock it at Tier 2 on all your killers, which costs 4k for T2, and 6k for T3.

It's displaying currently. If doctor is level 50 it means you got the teachable, which means you have it at tier 1, but never purchased it through the shrine so it's still 4k shards. The reduction is only for purchasing it previously through the shrine.

If your Doctor is not P1 then the perk was not unlocked by Prestige, meaning you do not get the discount.

mmm ok thanks, I thought it would cost 2k for tier 2.
