Does the BP Boost not make sense to anyone else?

Like it takes me 2 seconds to get a match as killer and like 10 minutes as survivor. Meaning there are like 1000s more teams of survivors than killers yet survivor is getting the bp boost why? Like I am wanting to use it to get the faster queue time but im getting the opposite

    Right now the Group who has to wait the most gets the Bonus BP. Which can make sense btw.

    But as I understood it, the system should increase the group that has to little player. For example killer, so people play more killer so that survivors don't have too wait that much, but they kinda fcked up.
