Nurse being allowed to blink during burn

in Bug Reporting

On several occasions whilst playing as Nurse I have been burned and was unable to blink but recently when I burn a Nurse using their power they are sometimes still able to use their power.

    I believe you can only burn her if she hasn't started charging the blink

    I have aimed the flashlight at her during first blink but they have been able to still perform the second blink to close the remaining distance while being burned.
