    I still have current tome at 11 - Devotion.

    Am I missing something?

      I could be wrong I think the new Tome updates tend to come out around 7-8PM Eastern US. Basically when the daily rituals reset.

      The tome always comes out the day after the update. It will be here tomorrow.
