Characters at P1 before update are now P0
Hi,
I P1'd a bunch of my characters so they would be P3 after the update. However, all the survivors that were P1 before the update are now at P0. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
In the below pictures, all survivors should be at P3 except for Laurie who I did not prestige at all before the update. The rest, however, should be at P3 since they were P1 before the update.

Yep, the exact same happened to me. All survivors down from Adam didn’t get the boost to prestige. Everyone above Adam did get the boost.

I have a friend who had the exact same thing happen to him. I hope they fix this soon!

When did you prestige them? Just yesterday, or a week ago, or…? I wonder if they did something like choose a specific date/time and update your prestige levels as of that date/time, thereby causing issues with people who prestiged after that? I don’t know.

When they released the update for the midchapter patch notes, so about a week ago I think.

Im having the same problem as well I even sent in a support ticket about it. I prestiged all the killers I had at 50 the day before the update. Which was all but 3 of them and after the update they are all level 50 again

The same happened to me as well, I P1 five of my killers but my doctor who was one of my favorite characters got sent back to P0, I sent them a formal msg but I'm glad it's not just me that is having this problem.

Same, I did my killers and survivors on the same day. My killers are now P3, but my survivors are zero. Sent a ticket, glad to see I am not alone here.

FWIW I was playing for almost 10 hours after the update on the old patch and I didn't have this problem with any characters I prestiged.

Same here but only for ash. i'm 100% sure i P1'd all cuz i checked it the night before

I did as well, I Prestiged all but 4 of the killers and they are all at Prestige 0 (except for 2 that had enough perks to be level 1) now.

I was hoping so bad that they would fix this today but all the characters still haven't received their prestige nor their rewards

Same here but it only happened for one of my survivors Jill. All other survivors luckily P3’d still a pain to just have 1 survivor sitting without her 3 perks

Hi, has your issue been resolved? It is now October and my survivors are still not the correct levels.
