My thoughts on the New Update (Survivor Main)

i hate it...every game was ended at 4 or 5 gens...The built in B.T was waited out by most killers and Dead Hard is DIFF gone for good...it sucks to say this, but i really wanted to buy the New skins for AoT...but since i didn't really much enjoy any of the trials! and have you mind i Played 8 matches! and all were just disgustingly short...Q times are WAY high do to the fact everyone moved to killer? so....that leaves me with no choice....######### being a survivor MAIN! and HELLO the New Killer MAIN!!! Thanks, Bhvr for making this great game i thought was, into a repeating cycle of death xD but its either that? or im going to uninstall this game? hope the Update gets Tweaked at bit to make it at least playable for survivors...SMH

with Love and regards

    Bye. Good luck.

After years of feeling like I could not afford to make a single mistake or I'll be destroyed, I finally feel like a killer. Not a single survivor stopped to teabag. Not a single survivor ran around trying to get me to chase them. They all meant business and felt pressured to focus on gens. 5 SWF groups and not a single one had time to bully. Even the matches I lost felt competitive due to having them all on death hook and at least one kill.

I've been both a killer and survivor main over the past 5 or so years and tgis is the first time in a looooooong time I felt the survivors were concerned over my Trapper.

I played survivor for 10 matches and felt the pressure to get the job done and not fart around.

As a player who prefers to play killer i agree with the post above. It is a good thing that the stress level of survivor has increased. Every time I've played killer over the past years, I have found that I was stressed out very often. If survivors have time to teabag and goof off, then there is no anxiety in their match and the stress should not be all on the killer's shoulders.

However, having played mostly survivor since the patch release I feel, with the 10 or so matches I have played, that things could have swung somewhat too far in the killer direction. I will not draw any conclusions just yet and give things another week or so to judge. These are just my initial observations.

My games haven't been too bad so far. I already had a pretty dismal escape rate as a solo survivor (never paid much attention to it before, but decided to track it prior to update and it was at about 20% or so. 1 escape in every 4 to 5 games seems about right) and i do think its going to drop for me further. I've never been one for meta perks though, it's more the killer's chase buff that I'm finding difficult to navigate. I've never been a good looper and they're catching up so fast.
