steves perks??

so i just took a look at the new update and i have steve prestige 9 and yet i only have his perks on yellow for everybody? is this intentional?
also looking the perk charms just shows you balanced landing for every one lol

The stranger things perks are now universal perks therefore leveling up steve, nancy, and demogorgon will no longer count towards the prestige perks

yeah, but if you already own the stranger things pack, it still says that it's a teachable and not a universal perk
